Garrett O'Dwyer
While visiting in 2005, Garrett fell in love with the island. After working on Salt Spring for local builders, Garrett and his wife Rhian decided to start O’Dwyer Contracting. They wanted to create a construction company that was based on the values of hard work and transparency in administration. Although they run different sides of the business, they collaborate on every aspect. Garrett and Rhian have three beautiful young children and consider raising them on Salt Spring Island a privilege.

Rhian Hardy
Rhian was born and raised on Salt Spring Island. She is a devoted mother and spends most of her free time with her three children. Rhian keeps the projects organized and on budget. Although she takes care of all administration for the business, she is also available for design consultations. She is enthusiastic about home decor and has a good eye for color and finishes. With only a magazine clipping; she can find, source, and price any product or material you are interested in.
